Asus SK8V socket 940 motherboard. Current list price is $172 at Newegg.

Corsair TwinX1024RE3500LLPT registered ram. 3500 speed no longer available, only 3200 is. Paid $395 at Newegg.

I'll sell the whole package for $930 shipped in the US. Buy it and sell the parts you don't need!
