I'm selling an Intel P4 2.8GHz (Prescott) processor for Socket 478. On my Abit IS7, I was able to overclock it to 3.5GHz.

I'll sell it for $65 shipped with the original packaging.

what voltage did that take and what where the temps it was run at? like max it ever saw was?

I reached 3.5GHz with water (Koolance CPU-200G copper) with regular "value" RAM and a CPU voltage of 1.61 V.

With air, the most stable was 3.3GHz.

When I wasn't benchmarking, I ran it at 3.2GHz as it was the most stable for all applications and games.
