Long story short, I started what was going to be an ITX low power gaming PC, but I never really found an appropriate case...Everything was too big.
The system is even smaller than a "standard" ITX gaming computer using an SG05 or SG08, etc.
This one uses a PicoPSU which attaches directly to the motherboard, and a low TDP CPU and GPU. So, here it is.

System Price
$600 shipped, OBO

All parts were purchased about 1 month ago from Newegg.
The PicoPSU was purchased at the same time from MiniBox.
All parts come in original boxes with all accessories.

Everything is in good working order, and the system even handles games @ 1920x1200 pretty well.
TF2 maxed out manages to produce about 55-60 fps. Very playable. Older games should not be a problem at all.
Even newer titles like BF3 should be playable at a lower resolution.

Currently the system is in a bench setup, on a custom bench I made from 1x1" angle aluminum and pop rivets.
If the buyer is interested in the bench case, just let me know and I'll include it with the PC free of charge.
It only cost me about $15 to make, and I wouldn't exactly call it a masterpiece.

Finally, here are some pictures of the system assembled.
