dropped the prices on the sticks to $80 shipped, as it turns out it is this model:
"Kingston HyperX KHX3200A/512"

Still specced to run as follows:
400MHz settings: 2-3-2-6-1 (CAS Latency 2)
High performance DDR memory tested at speeds up to 434MHz
Warranty Length: Lifetime warranty.
Provider: Kingston Technology

I have run them at 2-2-2-5, but of course, YMMV.
