that's AM2 5000+ black edition dual core, right? I would take that sans the mother board, but i doubt you are going ot part it, right?
 
Yes its a AM2 dual core will run 3.1 no problem with unlocked core and I have to get the total price for it have had 2 offers for 150.00 but i will hold out for the total amount 175.00 shipped with the Vista Key is a good price as far as I am concerned.
 
Is the motherboard an oem board (Dell, HP, etc..)? Comes with just the Vista key - no disk, correct?
