Shipping within the US, prices include shipping. I've had both sitting around since February when I upgraded, so the pieces weren't used longer then around 6 months tops. Both in perfect working order, but the motherboard doesn't have the retail HS mounting bracket; rather a mounted screw in for something like the XP90.. which I do have also seperately if the buyer wants to purchase it.

EDIT: CPU reaches 3.2ghz on this board at default voltage with nice air cooler. Runs 3ghz easy on stock.
