I have P4 550 3.4E LGA775 combo with D915PBL motherboard, Full version Windows XP w/ SP2 OEM (CD only), and Enhance 460W PSU (ENS-0246B) with 24pin power connector, 4 SATA power connectors, 6pin PCI-Express graphics power, specifically designed for these new boards. I'd like around $430 shipped for this combo as it is very heavy with the PSU. These are brand new, boxed, unopened items, except for the power supply.
Separate:

D915PBL - $120
Enhance 460W 12V PSU - $90
Combo including CPU, mobo, windows, PSU - $430 shipped >> now $400 shipped
SOLD

From the motherboard's technical manual:
When using high wattage PCI Express x16 graphics cards, use one of the following power supply
configurations to avoid system instability:
The preferred method of power delivery is to use a power supply with a 2 x 12 main power
cable. In this configuration, use two connectors to provide power to the board:
The main power connector
The ATX12V connector
In this configuration, the alternate power connector is not required. The 2 x 12 main power
cable can provide up to 144 W of power from the +12 V rail.
