Just replaced my P6X58D motherboard with a Rampage III Extreme. Only reason was the P6X58D didn't sleep/wake well when overclocked with 24GB of RAM and an LSI 9260-8i.
It comes with the motherboard only and UPDATE: I found the I/O Shield!!!!
The only thing wrong is the 2nd PCIexpress slot doesn't have the retaining clip. It came that way, but I never bothered to call in for an RMA for it.
