Fresh back from RMA, these are the best DDR1 memories for overclocking hands down. They can do 250mhz+ at super fast 2-2-2-5 timings with the right amount of volts. This stuff has been discontinued for months and is extremely hard to find.

Why so high?

I'm interested but I can get 1GB from the egg for $65.
 
Meh, old BH-5 (or even 6) is better plus it costs way less...
