I've got a Pentium D 915 up for sale. I've clocked this thing up to 4ghz EASILY on air(Zalman 9500, good case flow). This was 4ghz dual prime stable, and had it running Folding@Home for about 3 months 24/7 at this speed before swapping it out with an e4300 from a Fry's combo deal.
Took it to 4.2 once as well, was dual prime stable for several hours, but I didn't like the temps it was approaching (I know Preslers are known to run hot, but I'm so used to the old "keep it under 50c" rule )
Info on the chip is Pentium D
915 SL9DA Costa Rica
2.80GHZ/4M/800/05A
3625B086
It is a retail boxed CPU and will be shipped in original packaging with stock HSF (unused) etc.
I've also got an ECS motherboard from another Fry's combo. It's the ECS P4M800Pro-M board. It is still sealed from Fry's so I've got no idea if it works... that's why it's free
Asking 85 shipped for the chip and board. Shipping will be USPS Priority mail.
Preferred payment is paypal.
