CPU: Intel® Xeon® Processor X5450 Quad Core (12M Cache, 3.0 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB) - CPU was modded with an LGA 771 to LGA 775 adapter, CPU is exactly the same specifications as a Intel Q9650 CPU.
Motherboard: ASUS P5E-VM HDMI (Bios flashed with LGA771 microcodes, and socket modified to accept LGA771 cpus). Vdroop modded as well.
Memory: 2 x 2G Crucial CT25664AA1067 - DDR2 1066 Memory Kit
The setup was confirmed and tested in working condition. I have a similar setup and been using it for the past 6 months without any problem.
