Used retail Q9550 with stock HSF. I have never used the stock HSF so it is brand new and in original retail box. I am the original owner.
Used retail Asus P5Q Pro Turbo with original retail box and all accessories.
Used Patriot DDR2-800 4 x 1 GB. I haven't pulled them yet so I don't know the exact model number yet.
Bonus: If you do local pick-up, I will throw in the Coolermaster CM690 case for free. It is too big to ship, sorry!
