Recently upgraded to a Opty 180 and no longer need this. Comes with retail heatsink and fan. I didn't mess with overclocking this one too much since it was my first cpu, but the CABYE 0540FPBW steppings are supposed to be good from what I hear (YMMV on overclocking however). I'll get some pics up in a little bit. There is a slight scratch on the top of the IHS and a little bit of the green paint flecked off the circuit board when removing, but the processor still works fine, you will be able to see in the pics.
