I have a samsung galaxy s4 active. I've had this phone for about 2 months and its spent its entire life in an otterbox. Even with that I've been very careful with it. I am looking for $400 shipped via amazon payments for the phone, the otterbox, a 32gb uhs sd card, and the charger and cable.

I modified a friend's AT&T Note 2 and flashed T-mobile's radio firmware on it (AWS) and it's able to get LTE on T-mobile, wondering if I could do the same to this phone after unlocking it.
