In ALMOST mint condition, it has a 1" squiggly scratch on the screen. It is very light, and you can only see it with the screen OFF. It is at the bottom of the screen. You have to shine the light just right to see it even with the screen off, but none-the-less it is there. You can not feel it. Other than that phone is mint. Still has over half of original warranty remaining.
Comes with original box and original box contents, along with receipt so that phone will be under warranty for remaining year (November 2012).
Can come stock or pre-rooted, your call.
They are still going for over $400 on ebay/etc but because of the scratch:
