General: I used the player for about 3 weeks. I lost my entire music collection due to hard drive crash, so now its useless to me, as is the BT headset. Headset works with the player, also it worked with Motorola KRZR K1 and my BT-enabled Dell XPS M1330.

It comes with everything you see in pics, player+wired samsung earbuds+usb cable+software cd. Sony earbuds + charge base + some extra earplug covers.

EDIT: To load music, you can use A. Samsung-supplied Software B. Windows Media Player C. Winamp 5.0 and up (I personally used Winamp only)
