I know selling these here might be a long shot, but here goes...

I bought these around Christmas time along with the matching necklace from JC Penney for my girlfriend at the time. I gave her the necklace for Christmas, and was going to give her the earrings for her birthday.

However, we are no longer together and it is past the acceptable return date, so I'm basically SOL.
