Upgraded to the dream machine pro se recently and no longer need these. The cloud key gen 2 plus comes with the rack mount adatper and I'd rather not separate. Original box for both included. Cloud key has a 32GB micro-sd card and a 1TB SATA hard drive for recordings if you use Unifi Protect and/or Unifi Access. My network was run from this key with 4 APs, 5 switches and the Unifi Access door security setup. The included 19 inch rack adapter lets you mount it in a rack. You will need PoE to (802.3af) power this or one of the USB-C ports on the back.

This USG-Pro-4 works with no issues, though there is damage on left side ear. It does not affect operation, but you might have issues mounting it your rack. Please see the pictuers below to see how I mounted it to mine. This gateway was used with the above cloud key, a couple of VLANS, a VPN network and Unifi Access as mentioned above. The fans in these aren't the quietest and there are Noctua fan mods out there that will quiet this down. It isn't load-based fan noise, just the type that Unifi chose to include with these units. No original box included, but it will be shipped carefully. Power cord will be included.

Dumb question (I'm a pfSense guy not a UniFi guy [yet]), but it looks like the Pro-4 can be managed directly via Chrome, or do you need something running UniFi OS like the Cloud Key?

I've only used the Pro-4 with the cloud key so I really can't tell you. I will say that I've used the new Edge browser and the Unifi app with no issues on both PC and Mac.
