OEM software must be sold/traded with hardware or in accordance with the terms the OEM software TOS. Observe all COPYRIGHT LAWS, TOS's and NDA's when posting copyrighted material. Do not post FS/T deals that violate Federal, State, or Local laws which include, but are not limited to, anything that violates a copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or is bound by NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) including current production engineering samples

Can't that be interpreted two different ways.

It either means that the sale/trade of game characters/accounts is not allowed, or only game characters/accounts that are under a NDA?

Besides a simple way around this is would be to offer for sale an envelope with a free piece of paper inside with your WoW account info on it.

And after reading further, it seems you can't even sell the software because even though you paid for it, you don't own it.

11. Ownership.


All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to World of Warcraft (including without limitation any user accounts, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, "applets" incorporated into World of Warcraft, transcripts of the chat rooms, character profile information, recordings of games played on World of Warcraft, and the World of Warcraft client and server software) are owned by Blizzard Entertainment or its licensors. World of Warcraft is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international copyright treaties and conventions, and other laws. All rights are reserved. World of Warcraft may contain certain licensed materials, and Blizzard Entertainment's licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.

Yeah supposedly you can sell the game and just give the person your account. LOL loopholes. Our mods might not like that scenario but what can you do. You win some, you lose most.
