Bought in early June from BestBuy. Flipped it on ebay in unopened box. Buyer contacted me a few days after stating the card didn't work. He attempted to RMA the card, but was denied because he told them he bought it from ebay. Buyer files "not as described" claim against me. Ebay ultimately sided with him. Buyer sends card back to me. Gets lost in transit for 2 weeks. Ebay ultimately refunds BOTH of us since I never got the card. A few days later the card arrives. Open it up. Power it on... works 100% fine. So basically, I've been mining on it for 2 months now without problem.
With the difficulty increase on ETH, I don't feel that keeping the card mining is worth it anymore. I've also ditched the 12+ cards I had and mostly got out of mining.
So the long story short... The XFX manufacturers warranty is VOIDED because the guy I sold it to attempted to RMA and told them he got it from ebay. The card has no manufacturer's warranty.
