well, I do game a lot, and whenenver I'm running DoD:S, etc., it tends to go to almost 100% memory usage (usually around 94-96%). Usually besides playing whatever game I'm playing, I have Opera open, Winamp, Trillian, irc, etc.
 
ah, definitly need ram then :D

i'd go with what you picked out, despite the small difference the timings will make. it's simply not that much more expensive, and if you're feeling adventurous, you might be able to run tighter timings than stock.
