Has anyone ever had to deal with these people for rma yet. Got a set of the 2gb pc3200 chips. One chip tests great other cant even do stock speed at 3-5-5-8 in memtest. These chips are suppose to do pc3200 at 2-3-2-5. On their website no phone # to reach them by it seems, and when you email [email protected] it says it is full on mail return.

I agree with Eclipse - if you got it from newegg it will be easy - their RMA service is great as they are shpping my RMAed memory back to me by way of FedEx 2-day service, and I didn't even pay for that the first time (FedEx saver)

they also have their own tech support forum over at xtremesystems.org, so you can ask them questions there. But for the RMA, just do it from newegg.
