Galaxy 8800GTS 512mb Ram manu. Samsung or Qimonda? 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2 ns?

Don't know for sure, but it looks like it pure stock reference design which use Qimonda 1.0 ns.

my 8800GT has Qimonda memory, and its 1.0ns. it runs great at 750/2100 from 600/1800 stock

So whats wrong with Qimonda? seems to overclock excellent!

That's impressive because the Qimonda 1ns seems to have an average of around its rated frequency (2000MHz) without artifacts on most cards with some type of cooling and when naked a little less than that. The Samsungs consistently go to 2100-2200. There is word of the Qimonda clocking higher with less voltage but the XSF dicussion seems to be keeping it in PM for some odd reason.
 
I sure hope it's Samsung. Might even return it if its Qimonda. Anyone know for sure if ANY GTS is available with the samsung chips?
