Gaming Chair?

I'm planning on moving my PS3 into my bedroom as I just bought a 32" LCD for it but have really nowhere to sit except on the floor in the general area I want to put the TV. Browsing the internet for a solution, I came across these "gaming chairs" and was wondering if these are just a gimmick, generally worthless, worthwhile, or whatever.. anyone have experience with one?

If you're going to go with one of those low, on the ground chairs, why not just pick up a beanbag chair or something? They're pretty comfortable.

I got one of those sit on the floor chairs fro m walmart for 20. It worked well. No speakers or anyhting like that. just a chair that rocked back and forth

Same thing as those gaming rockers but has a stand.. Used to have one and gave it to my nephew. Decent chair, speakers were pretty good to.

That first one looks like it'll roll away during use.

I'm leaning towards a simple chair or the beanbag, both without speakers. But, how do the speakers perform on the chairs that have them? Sound probably won't be an issue as I'm thinking about getting a speaker system for it or using an older Bose system I have laying around collecting dust.
