Garry's Mod 10 (Garry's Mod Retail) out today (11/29)

They never mentioned "Multiplayer" for GMod 9, so I'm assuming they don't like to mention MP in Gmod. :rolleyes:
 
This is actually an incredible drinking game with a few buddies online... there are so many way to kill each other it's ridiculous. Definitely one of those MP games that will make you LOL.

ie: take multiple oxygen cannisters and tie them together with a bunch of saw blades. Now shoot one of the cannisters and watch the saw blades swirl around the map killing everyone in sight.

Good times, good times. :p
 
Right now I don't have an option to purchase GMOD separately. Really weird considering I have HL2 Silver.
 
Hl2 silver has nothing to do with GMOD. Why would it. Its made by a 3rd party.

Yes gmod can be very funny at times. Crazy crap flying everywhere, just have to limit it or your system will not handle it all.
 
lol what the hell since when did you have to pay for this? I remember playing the first few versions and it was nothing more than something to do when you were bored or waiting to do soemthing else....

The $10 for his mod is nothing. We should be grateful for that. The last 9 versions were all free and a practice to make a final version. ;)
 
It costs more for you to go to a movie then to buy GM10. Well worth it :)

Missed the point. HL2 Silver is HL2 + CSS + DOD2. Meaning it fills all the requirements for the non-CSS bundled GMOD @ $10. Anyways, it showed up a few hours later and I bought it.

anywayi tried a prev version and liked it but MP sucked ( waaaay back ) anyone who played MP....is it fixed? laggless??

Ive played on a few servers. Some will be fine then 5 min later it will lag for a few minutes. Some are perfectly fine. I think theres still some work to be done, Im not sure if the unused items are causing the lag or what. I played on a 4 player server for a long time with no lag whatsoever.
 
This was no doubt the best mod for HL2 before it went to steam. I had no problem purchasing it. Garry deserves it. He has been there from the beginning of HL2's release, some know he was there before the release ;) . I love it.

OT but I mean.. that stuff should be allowed, only kids who shouldn't see this are kids below ~12 years old, and who here less than 12 years old?
