8600GT: 48 stream procs, core frequency 350MHz, memory frequency 1200MHz, 128/256MB memory, ~$150 pricetag.
8600Ultra: 64 stream procs, core frequency 500MHz, memory frequency 1400MHz, 256/512MB memory, ~$180 pricetag.
Both DirectX 10 compatible (of course), 80nm manufactor process, 300 million transistors, relese date to coincide with Ati's R600 release.
