GeIL 2x2GB 1066MHz DDR2 Kit - Any thoughts?

Been sitting here thinking of replacing 4 1GB 1066MHz Ballistix that I had to drop 'em down to 800MHz to get a stable system (after a month of working at 1066MHz). I saw the thread on the G.Skill PC8000 2x2GB sticks and the price looks sweet. But I'm eyeballing these:

I've never used GeIL or even G.Skill before. Any thoughts? The system consists of a Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6, Q6600, Ultra120 Extreme, 8800GTX and old Stacker with plenty of noise making, air moving fans.
