geil in A64...

i have 2 sticks of pc3200 Geil ram. will the A64 accept them at CAS 2 or will i have to clock them back. they run fine in my AthlonXP 2400 at cas2, but i have looked and i cant find out if the same ram will run on the A64 mobo(Abit KV8 PRO). everything i have read has said Geil 256 sticks that are supported are all cas 2.5(techDocs and the like)

you guys have any idea?

you could try running cas 2 but my geil DDR 500 platinum series flips shit when I run it on 2 on my NF7-S. I dunno about the athlon 64 but if ur already running it at cas 2 then I would try worst thing thats going to happen is that it wont boot or will crash.
