Gigabyte likes to turn down RMAs just because it isnt a sunny day. They'll see that and say its a coolant leak (which if it was running an FX-8 series at 4.8 stable, it was definitly water cooled).

That's my setup. I've never had so much as an AIO watercooler and frankly don't know anything about watercooling. I am however pretty good at overclocking AMD processors, I was able to achieve 4.2Ghz on two previous Phenom II's, on air.

And yes I would get more money by sending it off but like I put in the description, I don't want to deal with it, however someone else can and probably end up getting a good deal out of this. I've never had an Intel system so I'm just going to collect what money I can from this and move on to Intel for now.
