gigaram new rams??

there seems to be a new wave of insane ram, that will do ddr500 with 2.5-3-3-6 and some stuff that does pc3700 with 2-2-2-5 timings.

thast all the new stuff. does anyone have any info on this stuff, cause im baffled. the price is right, but its an unknown brand!
