Good 17"/19" LCD under 200 $?

hola, i'm wondering, whats a good 17"/19" LCD for gaming/and regular stuff (i.e. photoshop, web browsing ,ect.)thats under 200 $? This will go with a X1900XT 512 mb. Also, please don't say "Your going to be holding back the X1900XT with that small of resolution," or something like that. I'm coming from 11" CRT so only 10" viewing space so i think a 6"/8" leap is huge. Thanks!
EDIT: Also, what kind of response time should i be looking for? Like 8 ms or under? Also, is 8 ms response time good? I mean for like gaming and normal stuff?
