Sorry but those are crap deals. A 7900GS can easily be had for around $100 and performs much much better than the 8800GT. You can find a better board than the ECS for a tiny bit more. Those boards are useless to most here and are just plain cheap. The $10 discount is almost a non-factor.

Wow, you're right. All cards are a ripoff now. Seriously, the video card market has been taking a long dump.

But still, there is no justification for spending that much on an 8600GT and an ECS board.
