Good Headphones ?

open headphones= audio technica ath-ad500
closed= jvc hadx1

best in that price range

Grados SR-60 / SR-80 are also very nice, they bleed sound quite a bit though (sound great to me wearing them, but anyone within 5 feet of me can hear what I'm listening to just as clearly, however anyone in another room is completely unaware that I'm blasting my tunes)

Audio Technica are also quite nice, I'm pretty sure they're German so being in the EU ought not be an issue for you :)
Beyerdynamics (german) is also quite good, not sure offhand if they have anything in your price range though.

I like my Equation RP-21's.

Be aware that many/most good headphones can't be driven well by onboard sound because there's not enough power on the output. If you pick up a set and you don't have enough volume you'll need at least a seperate sound card and an amp is also an option.
