Looking for last minute advice.

I finally got most of my parts in and I'll be putting together system in next few days (maybe a week or so)
Please tell me if you see something obviously wrong with the components.
This is not gaming system.
This system will not be overclocked!

Mobo - Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz
Memory - 4GB G.Skill DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) - for overclock system I would go for DDR2-800 but this isn't
Video Card - XFX GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 - not a gaming sys, don't need 8800GS or GT
HD - Western Digital 250GB SRTL SATAII - $60 for this drive retail I couldn't be happier vs. my 74GB raptor's price
DVD - Samsung 18x SATA drive
PSU - Seasonic S12-430W
Case - Lian-Li A05B Black
OS - MS Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit

Total system cost: $1190

If its not for gaming, just browsing and such it looks fine.

Looks good to me. Just make sure that you're using a 64bit OS in order to use all 4GB of RAM. Oh and what are you planning to do with this system?

yes I'm planning to install 64-bit OS as listed in the list.

Well if its not for gaming, you could drop the 7600GT and put in a $30 vidcard instead and get the same performance, unless, of course, you're using a 30" LCD monitor.

um dont know about you but from what ive expreiences with vista ultimate it sucks...

i got a full version from msdn from my dads work and well i hate it compared to windows xp pro...

its pretty much all jsut looks on top of a os that wants your approval of eveything...

not to mention alot of software isnt supported yet...
