AtiTool and Vista don't really mix very well concerning temperature monitoring on my 8800GTX. Most of the time AtiTool was displaying a GPU temp of 0 degrees for me.

If you're running XP you could try good old Motherboard Monitor with the Nvtemp plugin. Another simple tool is HWMonitor (http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php). Works with Vista too.

I liked ATi Tray Tools better than RivaTuner as a monitoring tool but since it only works with ATI cards and doesnt support 38xx cards yet.. I'm unable to use it at all for now.

I really hope that Ray Adams could do NV Tray Tools someday.
