GRAW crash ::: to script text screen

For some odd reason I am getting this error when I try to start GRAW. Getting any type of decent support from Ubi is like trying to pull my own teeth out.

Anyone hav any idea's how to trouble shoot GRAW errors or what the heck this means and how can I go about fixing this so I can finally play the game?

All my drivers/BIOS/Firware's are up to date.
No Overclocking or anythign like that.
Mobo BIOS is basically default with no changes except boot drives.
ASUS AN8-VM CSM
Athlon X2
2x1GB Patriot 2,3,2,5
Game and OS drives are raptor 74's....
XFX 7900GT Extreme Ed.
Seasonic 430watt
Audigy2

Noticed the mistake and posted a link to this location in the games forum.

Uninstall reinstall and install DirectX 9c version from the CD.
For some odd reason using the DX9c version from the CD made everything work perfect.
