I have done the mod to my Asus monitor to have the new Gsync board. But when I go click on Enable Stereoscopic 3D in the nVidia Control Panel, it says "GSync will be disabled. Do you still want to enable Stereoscopic 3D?".

That's strange to me because nVidia's website and manual show that 3D Vision is supported by the mod at "supoerior 3D quality at 100, 120Hz". http://www.nvidia.in/object/how-does-g-sync-work-in.html

Does anyone have official word from some source where nVidia address gsync on with stereoscopic 3D support?

When Nvidia first debuted g-sync, I'd seen it mentioned specifically that g-sync would be supported in 3d-vision. I have not been able to find that reference since, however. I'm hoping it's just still in development, because this would be a great way to fix the input latency caused by 3d-vision.

You will need new 3d equipment, your glasses won't be able to dynamically change shutter rate to match the refresh rate of the monitor.
