GTX 260 SLI.........need some help

Hey guys,
You've prob. already seen that deal that newegg is promoting. My question is, I have a GTX 260 already and I'm bout to jump on this but my main concern is 1) Would my mobo hold back these cards....run a P5N-E right now and worried bout x8 x8 performance and whether that would hinder the GTX 260. 2) Will I be cpu bound/limited....running an E6600 at 3.0 GHz. Thanks for your input.

I have another thread under nvidia flavor, but I got no responses, so I'm posting under the general video card section since the deal will last only so long.

I am worried that since my pci express is 1.0 its not going to utilize the true potential of a pair of GTX 260 SLI. To tell you the truth, I dont think I'm utilizing its true potential with the mobo I have now. I score 11749 with a GTX 260 on 3D Mark 06 and scored 13338 with a 9800 GX2.

Should I spend the money on a motherboard rather than another video card?
