I have recently moved my GTX 560 ti from one of my machines into another and noticed that when not running 3D, just idle in windows the card no longer downclocks to conserve power and lower heat. its running at its full factory 900mhz 24/7. I updated the driver hoping it would change back to downclocking in windows but no success...
Is anyone else having this issue, or know how to resolve it?
I would like my 560 ti to downclock once again when there are no 3D Applications running.
