Has ATi released a fix for the grey screen thing?

Happened to me again :mad:. Is there a BIOS update or anything that I haven't come across to fix it?

Also no, I'm not OCing my system or card, and I've got a Corsair HX1000 so it's not a lack of power.
 
Hopefully they fix it soon, because tons of people are having problems.
 
Well after getting a vbios flash for my 5970 off Sapphire Direct....I am not getting a grey screen, but I am getting an OUT OF SIGNAL error upon starting my PC. Then one maybe two resets gets its right, and then I still have the odd 2D desktop diag. stripes.....

Sapphire told me to RMA the card but my vendor in europe has no stock till the end of FEB :eek:

My card is absolute ROCK SOLID gaming for hours....so I am not gonna RMA just yet with the stock issue....but I highly doubt it at this stage that its a driver issue. Seems like bad RAM to me.
