Have to use WEP to support TiVo WiFi

The USB WiFi adapter for my Series 2 TiVo is WEP only. I tried using a newer WPA based adapter but it refused to work with my TiVo even though it was on the approved list. Until I can completely replace my TiVo I'm stuck with having to go with WEP on my wireless network.

Everything else I have supports WPA so I'd like to have a primary wireless network that is WPA and a secondary WEP one to support the TiVo that only gives it internet access. What's the best way to do that while keeping the WEP network from seeing anything on the WPA one. My goal is to not have to care about anyone getting access to the WEP one until such time as I can retire that device.

Run two wireless access points in bridge mode on two different channels (1, 6 or 11 only) with two different SSIDs is the super simple way to do it.
