Having trouble deciding between 2 boards- help please

I am looking at the Asus P6T Deluxe and the Asus P6X58D Premium and having trouble deciding which one to get. I originally picked the P6T Deluxe for my new build, but then discovered the P6X58D Premium. Anybody have any thoughts on which one is better?

Corsair 850HX
Corsair Dominator 3x2GB
Kingston V+ Series 128GB SSD
WD Caviar Black 1TB
