Does anyone know of any sites that measure Gib/$ as one of their criteria? I've always found myself doing this calculation myself. (best I've found so far is between 14 and 15 Gib per dollar)

I also know that newegg is not always the best place to find the deals.

Where do you guys buy your HDs? I'm trying to find the best place to start populating the business end of my norco ;)

SlickDeals + Google Product search, but many times I order from Amazon to avoid the ridiculous California sales tax.

I think $/GB is a more common metric, especially now that a lot of drives, including TB drives, can be had for around $0.07-08/GB.

This is the one that has been posted here before. It seems to be having some issues at the moment.

I wrote it. It seems to be loading fine for me, what's wrong?

It may be that it hadn't been accessed in a while when you first hit it; it goes and downloads things again if it decides they're too out of date. This takes a while.

It seemed to time out a few times when I posted that but it's working fine now.
