I am in the market for new headphones (gaming & music)

I have several questions for you [H]ard folks.


Do USB headphones benefit from a sound card? (Tritton AXPC)

Any added benefits from using six channel analog input(razer barracuda) over 3.5mm stereo jack (Sennheiser HD series)? Will the stereo jack provide surround sound on the HD 595's?

Having no concern for the mic included on two of them; which of the Tritton AXPC, Razer Barracuda, & Sennheiser HD 595 would be best for surround sound gaming?

ok to answer questions methodically

1. no a usb headphone will not benefit from a sound card

2. with surround vs audio quality ive found that you only have extremeties....you either have excellent surround or excellent audio quality (turtle beach hpa2 for surround is my reccomendation) whats your budget? because if you mix a x-fi with some decent sennies you should have good SQ and surround
