Height adjustment issue with 2407wfp

I'm having this weird problem where I can't change the height of the LCD on the monitor stand. I moved the LCD all the way down earlier today because it was best suited at that height for what I was working on, but now it won't slide back up. Is there some type of release mechanism or something I need to press in order to slide it back up?

You have to push the button (for height adjustment) and keep it pushed. Then push a little on top of your 2407 (so push it down with a little pressure). It wil then unlock itself.

i had problems with this too originally...it's not exactly intuitive...
