Here is what I'm looking at....

go for the EVGA card, but really it doesn't matter the framerate difference will be unoticable
 
The Gigabyte card is $5 cheaper and comes with the extra cooling system, but the EVGA card is over clocked.
 
If they've overclocked it, it will be a stable one meaning they have put on extra cooling anyway or that it wasn't needed. GFX cards have to perform below certain temp or they can't be sold so the EVGA will be faster and just as stable (eg it won't crash or break/overheat during games ect)
