Help me decide on a cheap LCD HDTV (32" to 37")

I'm looking for an HDTV to get and looking at some of the cheap options. What would you guys recommend? I will use the TV mostly for, well, viewing cable TV. I might at some later point connect a HTPC to it, but not sure yet.

Cheap brands that I've seen so far:

- Olevia
- Vizio
- Sylvania

Should I also consider some of more well known brands? Not sure about budget, hopefully $800 or lower.

37" 1080p Westinghouse for $700. I'd spend $85 more and get a Samsung or Toshiba though.

If you are going low cost aka CHEAP! You may want to look at plasmas. Unless you want cheap and small then go with the above. The problem with cheap LCDs is that they go south right after the warentee is over.
