I have cookies set to PROMPT me so I can pick and choose what sites and cookies are allowed. Using this, Windows builds a database of "sites". I want to do a re-install of XPpro and rather than go through the process all over again, I'd like to find where this is stored and move a copy to the new install.

Is this possible? Anyone know WHERE Windows hides this database?

I'll try...I could be completely wrong, but I think this may help...

RegEdit>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Microsoft>Windows>CurrentVersion>InternetSettings>Cache>SpecialPaaths>Cookies

Then look for Directory>REG_EXPAND_SZ>%USERPROFILE%\Cookies

Like I said, I'm not 100% sure that's it, but I think that's what your after...
