Help me pick some memory for my SFF build...

Opteron 144 CPU+AMD 4-Pipe HSF
Ultra MicroFly MATX Case
X1900XT (likely the H.I.S. version with the ICE cooling system--Much like an ATI Silencer)
A little unsure about which PSU to choose as well, but that's for another thread.

I'll be looking at using this for a gaming/mobile rig, I was looking to overclock as well.

Which memory would work better? While I do have 4x512mb of Ballistix, I have read that I ought to go with 2x1gb for better overclocking.

Which would work better in this setup?
