Help me troubleshoot P8P67 Dlx please

I connected the P8P67 Dlx, i7-2600k, Seasonic x700 psu, gskill ripjaw F3-10666CL8D-4GBRM ram stock hsf, and Asus HD4850

The system begins to start, but instead of completing POST I am left with a 45 showing on the motherboards lcd.

What does that mean?

I do not know if there are any beeps as my current case does not have a epeaker.

Some quick googling and shown it to be a RAM issue.

Try switching what slots they're in (i've read slots A2 & B2 in single channel).

if you can get to your bios, try to do an update ASAP
 
Thank you for the help.

I have been unable to get into BIOS and the video card died while trying to get the system working. Verified by reinstalling video card into known working system.

I tried putting each stick individually into each slot and ram I bought is on the motherboards approved ram list. There is definitely something odd going on.
